The food has gotten really good for the past year or so , they was always good but meaning the food is more better in taste , less greasy with pizza & steaks, food is definitely worth the prices now ! Just hope they stay like this . Every time I order it’s over a 120.00 or more. Definitely worth every penny of my money.

City Pizza is exactly what you would expect from a South Philly corner pizza place. When you walk in, the girls are hustling on the phones and the cooks are flying. But in spite of their business, any pick up order I order is ready within 20 minutes or less. Word of caution, avoid delivery if you can. On a good day, it's an hour wait. On a weekend, it can be up to three hours, and believe me when I say, while the pizza is good, it is NOT three hours wait good.

$7.25 and a very good traditional pizza shop cheesesteak. The fried onions were more stringy than chopped. They added a good amount of flavor. Good amount of cheese and very good melt.

Just moved into the neighborhood and went there because it was convenient. The food turned out to be great! Everything I’ve gotten there has been delicious. The prices are more than reasonable. Try the city specialty pizzas!

Most spots don’t measure up; to receive a 5 star review from me. This no frills pizza joint is the Best Around and most bang-for-your-buck near 2 street w/ another spot on 16th and Oregon in south phil. Toppings are a modest $1.50 for entire pie. Also, for something unique, they shred their locally sourced sausage. Their Monday Special is hot: $1 off 1 large pizza; total cost for a plain pie $9.80. Their Tuesday Special is 1 free topping. I recommend ordering early and being prepared to wait an hour for delivery. But worth it.

This place deserves 5.0 stars food is not only quality but extra flavorful. I'm blown away . Even the chicken ceasar salad was one of the best I had in years. I'm so happy I came across this place. Must try!!!!

City pizza by far the best place to get a Cheese Steak sandwich because Giana made it with passion the steak was amazing and delicious filled me up and the pizza is very tasty this place is off the top so everyone please come and give them a try I speak facts I will recommend this establishment to family and friends
